Alpina B10 3.3 – the Alpina B10 3.3 was introduced in 1999 and was produced until 2003. It is part of the E39 generation 5 Series. The B10 3.3 is a facelift of the 1997 Alpina B10 3.2. Similarly to most of the other E39 saloons, this is a rear-wheel drive front-engined 4-door large saloon with 5 seats. With 276 BHP, the naturally aspirated 3.3 litre 24v inline 6 petrol engine (BMW M54B33) accelerates this B10 3.3 to 100 km/h in 6.3 seconds. Based on BMW’s 2.8 litre unit, the 3.3 with its increased displacement, lightweight Mahle pistons, modified cylinder head and reprogrammed Siemens management system allows the 1750 kg sedan to go as fast as 262 km/h. Ensuring a proper weight distribution and powering your experience with 206 kilowatts, the six-cylinder engine sure has justified its presence.
